Who are we?
Dan Donnelly Ph.D. has over 24 years industrial experience, his last role was Head of Science and Process Technology with Diageo based in the Beer Technology Centre in Dublin. An expert on industrial processes, Dan is the Marketing Director of IYS.
Tharappel. James Ph.D. with over 30 years experience in molecular biology, is an expert on industrial yeasts, with an emphasis on genome structure and expression. James is the Technical Director of IYS.
Ursula Bond Ph.D. is currently a Professor of Genetics and Microbiology at Trinity College Dublin. A graduate of Trinity College Dublin, she received her PhD from Washington University, St Louis and conducted Post-Doctoral research at Yale University. An expert in yeast genetics and molecular biology she has published over 50 scientific papers and several patents. Ursula is the Scientific Director of IYS and is presently on sabbatical at IYS.
